To make an espresso warm the cup with hot water from your machine for 20 seconds. Discard the water then place the cup on the machine and extract 30mL shot of coffee into a 75mL espresso cup.

To make an Long Black, fill a 220mL cup with 2/3 hot water. Extract 2 x 30mL shots of espresso coffee over the hot water.
To make a Latte and extract 30mL shot of coffee into a 220mL glass. Texturise the milk with an Espressotoria milk frother. Pour the texturised milk over the espresso until almost full. Complete the Latte with a small layer of froth at the top.
To make a Flat White extract 30mL shot of coffee into a 220mL cup. Texturise the milk with an Espressotoria milk frother. Pour the texturised milk over the espresso until the cup is full.
To make a Piccolo extract 1 x 30mL shot of espresso coffee into a 90mL cup. Texturise milk with an Espressotoria® milk frother. Pour textured milk over the espresso until the cup is full.
To make an Iced Latte extract 2 x 30mL shots of espresso coffee into a 220mL cup. Fill the rest of the cup with cold milk. Finish with 2-3 ice cubes.
To create a Cappuccino extract 30mL shot of coffee into 220mL cup. Texturise the milk with an Espressotoria milk frother. Pour the texturised milk over the espresso until the cup is 4/5 full. Complete the Cappuccino with froth and powdered chocolate over the top.
